How it works

After an initial consultation call to establish your goals and running background, I provide a clear and detailed training plan via Google Sheets to help you towards your goal.

The plan is updated on a weekly basis and I encourage all of my athletes to give feedback throughout the week so I can adapt things depending on how you’re feeling to help you get the most out of your training.

Tailored to You

No two plans are ever the same! Each week is carefully planned around your lifestyle, ability and goals with specific paces and intensities for every run so you know exactly how hard you should be working.

 

Enjoyable Sessions

If you learn to enjoy the training process then success is almost inevitable! Getting the balance between challenging workouts and recovery is key and I like to provide a variety of different sessions to keep you motivated, engaged and excited to get out of the door!

Educate and Empower

I don’t write plans and just leave you to it. I want you to know the reasons why you’re doing each run so you can develop your understanding of the training process, learn more about your body and expand your running knowledge!

 

Support and Guidance

No goal is ever too ambitious and no question is ever too silly. I’m here to support you and guide you with every step of your running journey so you can arrive on the start line feeling as confident as possible!
